Jim Wrynn, Sr. Managing Director for FTI Consulting and former Superintendent of Insurance in the State of New York, and Gustavo Diaz, Vice President of Information Technology for Wright Specialty Insurance. Mr. Wrynn and Mr. Diaz will be presenting on Cybersecurity as it relates and affects the workers' compensation industry.
Bonnie Piacentino, Sr. Vice President of the PA & DE Compensation Rating Bureaus, will moderate a Rating Board Panel Discussion featuring Jeremy Attie, President & CEO of the NYCIRB, and Bill Mudge, President & CEO of WCIRB California.
Margaret Resce Milkint, Managing Partner of The Jacobson Group, will present the latest data and insights on “The Future Workforce” and how to position your company to excel in this new environment.
Daniel J. Hannon, Founder of Daniel J. Hannon & Associates (Rockville Centre, NY), will moderate a Fraud Panel featuring: Bob Balkenbush, Esq., of Thorndal Armstrong (Reno, NV); Mark Hamberger, Esq., of Hamberger & Weiss (Buffalo, NY); Dan Price, Esq., of Stone Loughlin & Swanson (Austin, TX); Mario Pecoraro of Alliance Worldwide Investigative Group (Albany, NY); and Robert Gordon, Vice President, Daniel J. Hannon & Associates (Rockville Centre, NY).
A high-level CEO panel consisting of Legends in the Workers Compensation Industry. This panel will be moderated by Don DeCarlo, Esq., WCP, Founder and Chairman Emeritus of AMCOMP. Panelists include: Neal Conolly, former CEO of New York State Insurance Fund and consultant to the Board of the State Insurance Compensation Fund of California (SCIF); Bill Fishlinger, founder and former CEO & Chairman of The Wright Insurance Group and current CEO & Chairman of Gramercy Risk Management; John Leonard, former CEO of MEMIC which was recently named Top Workers’ Compensation Company in the U.S. by ACORD; Thomas Phelan, President & CEO of Chesapeake Employers’ Insurance Company; and Matthew Zender, Vice President, AmTrust Financial Services.
An engaging keynote by Joe Browne, who retired as the longest-serving employee of the National Football League. Mr. Browne will share stories, lessons, and challenges from his 50-year career with the NFL and from his time serving as the top advisor to Roger Goodell.
